Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout. These are based on the total weight of your order and will be displayed to you before you decide to make a purchase.
Digital purchases, such as GT Omega Gift Cards, have no shipping costs.

Shipping Times + Locations
We use FedEx and UPS to send all of our US orders. Orders have a transit time of 3-5 business days. Shipping times do vary based on location.
GT Omega currently ships orders to the contiguous United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to military addresses, PO boxes, APO, or FPO locations.
All orders are dispatched directly from our headquarters in Glasgow, Scotland, to our customers.
Returns
At GT Omega, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a return is necessary. We offer 14-day returns on products bought from our store.
This excludes Clearance Items which are not eligible to be returned.

Warranty
GT Omega stands by its products, and even though our chairs, cockpits and accessories are more robust than anything else on the market, problems can occur. Therefore GT Omega grants 18 months of manufacturer’s warranty for our chairs, simulator cockpits and desks starting from the day of delivery.
